I know people have different methods of determining this, but I always do your middle name and street name.
When I lived at home I was Leilani Orchard, now I'm Leilani Gedney (the first one is WAY better!)
FH used to be James Hawley, now he's James Gedney

The way I learned it is that the PORN STAR name is your middle name and your street name...
