Spinoff: Where is the worst place you got some furnmiture from?

For me it was from IKEA I bought a couch after throuwing a 3000.00 one out. Not like I can afford to do that but the kids destroyed it. And there was no way to repair it so we got rid of it and bought a cheap one from IKEA. We know it is cheap but my son stood up (didnt jump) and it broke which is a little crazy if you ask me.

Yeah, I'm not too thrilled with there stuff either.

The table I use as my desk is holding up okay, but the little rolling drawer unit that I put under it had problems from the get go & we kinda had to glue it together, but it has held up since.

What I mostly hate is trying to put them together. We have a bunch of those damn 'Billy' bookcases at work, and some of them are kinda warped. Moisture will do that to pressboard.

I did buy something that was real unfisnished pine from there, that I really like. They don't have much of that though.

anything Ikea that is pressboard. After two moves our 2 entertainment centers and a computer desk died.
But we have the Hemnes and leksvik stuff in the bedroom and living room, and thats pretty sturdy since its real wood.

The furniture is ok but their service is HORRIBLE!! They are EXTREMELY rude. I am not the only one who has complained about them and I went on the BBB and there are tons of complaints also

IKEA!!!!!!!

We ordered a shelf unit. The box showed shelves. Finally, after 3 weeks of it half assembled, we got usable shelves.

The first time it came without shelves. Then 2 UPS deliveries came damaged. Then D(stressed-out)H finally ripped someone a new one. They called a messenger service and delivered them.

NEVER AGAIN
