Didn't go to mine, but if I had to hazard a guess, I would say it was probably at El Caribe in Brooklyn.

Our junior banquet was somewhere in Queens... can't remember where.

Our senior prom, 1995, was at Jericho Terrace. I even have a pic of me and my then boyfriend kissing on the bridge outside!

Junior - at the watermil (b/f it was redone)

Senior - my HS has it in the gym...it's tradition. They transform the gym into whatever theme they are doing for that year. It actually comes out really nice. Then they set up a red carpet so parents can watch the limos pull up & their children/dates walk into prom. It's very academy awards with spot lights and a crowd!

Mine was at Crest Hollow, and it wasn't very good at ALL. Food was all overcooked and the DJ that the school hired didn't even HAVE our prom song!!!! He 'thought it was somehting else'.

FH's was at the Vanderbilt in Plainview (now the race palace - an OTB place. ). We had the BEST TIME here, and it was sooooo nice inside.

I was very disappointed that the Vanderbilt is no longer there, because Rich's prom was our first 'official' date, and I would've loved to check into it for the wedding.
