I lied and told FH my dress has a ton of red in it and he's all freaked out now
Honestly, I think FH will like my dress, but probably not as much as I do...I know he'll be complaining how poofy it is during our first dance

Oh yeam I am totally going through this, especially since I had to spend an extra $210 to make my fat @ss fit in it!! I feel like he's gonna look at it and go 'THAT cost you over $1000?!?'

This is why we broke the rules and went shopping together. He actually picked it out!
I figured that it would look totally diffrent with the alterations, the veil, etc......so it wasnt a huge deal

Probably a month or so before the wedding, I had a huge freak out that he would hate my whole look. We would watch wedding shows every once in a while and I'd ask him what he thought of dresses and he liked a lot of different styles, totally different from what I chose also lol. I also questioned my DOJ, hair, make-up, etc. I told him I was worried about it and he assured me he'd love how I look no matter what and that I made the right choice.
Fast forward to the day of, and the first time he saw me...it was obvious what he thought, after he gasped and started crying after seeing me
No matter what dress we all choose, our future hubby's will love us because on that day, along with a very few other days in your lives, you will look the most beautiful to him.

Thanks for this! I was feeling the same this morning, started crying & everything. I am not a melt down kind of person. but I thought to myself OMG - what if he hates my look! but after thinking about it - there is no way that would happen.

Re: spinoiff to one of ROSATEMPS comments...
this was a huge concern of mine...
i know jason loves when i dress in classy, understated clothing... nothing too poofy and not too much going on. so i tried on dresses that were styles that i knew he'd like (which i liked, too), but unfortunately, they just didn't flatter my body.
so i told him ahead of time that my dress poofs out at the bottom - just so he would get used to the idea... but i later learned his idea of 'poof' and my idea of 'poof' totally differ, and i think i ended up scaring him!!
but on our wedding day, he said that there would not have been any other dress in the world that he would have wanted to see me in. after my, 'really? you sure? are you just saying that??' i could tell from the look in his eyes that he meant what he said. :)
