I got bridal sneakers and while some may say this is tacky it was awesome after our first dance I changed and couldn't be happier. Luckily my DH is not that tall so its not an issue i was soo comfy.

I took all my pic before hand ( I know not everyone would do this ) but it was aswesoe we were at our whole cocktail hour and we enjoyed every moment of it.
and finally I would do something original for your wedding. We took dance lessons which I know is not super original but t was a gift and it was a big hit not everyone knew and it was great also my Dh is a huge rangers fan we came in with rangers jerseys on and the music was the Rangers goal song. Again not everyone would thing that was cool or whatever but one thign is for sure no one will forget it!!

i am having bridal sneakers too!!! i'm a sneaker girl so i want to be comfy, i saw pics of a friend who did the same thing and the pics of her having her garter taken off is sooooo adorable with the sneakers on!!!!

i also had to have the petal drop during our first dance, i saw pics of it at our hall and i knew when i booked our florist i had to make sure they could do it for us!!

i can't wait.....

sounds like you had a very fun wedding! that's how I want mine to be!
