Yea men say that....lol. If you swallow, how does it get to your hair and skin? LOL
Supposedly (I read this a few years ago on some yahoo health article) it reduces the risk of breast cancer!

I remember first time this topic came up w/ hubby I told him I refuse to swallow because I didn't want to risk getting pregnant.
I do not need the extra protein. lol
