Spitz and Peck

Spitz and Peck

After looking at two places yesterday I chose Spitz and Peck in Huntington. Brian was awesome and seemed to understand what I am looking for.

However, now I am seeing bad reviews. Did anyone have good experiences with Spitz and Peck? Not like it will change anything but I would like to hear some positive.

I'm using them, mainly because the place i'm getting married at makes you chose between them and stephans.

I think their work is gorgeous, but people seems to believe their prices are nuts. I think they ARE more expensive then most places, but I think their quality is great.

I met with Bobby the owner who was fabulous.

i liked them when i visited their shop, but their prices came in about $3000 more than flowers by brian for the same thing so i booked with flowers by brian instead. nothing bad though, just was annoyed that they were expensive.

My girlfriend used them at Oheka and had a great experience with them. There was one snag, but it was only noticable to her. I wouldnt worry!

A few weeks ago, I called them (left messages twice) as well as emailed them asking to come in for a consultation..NO RESPONSE!
A few days ago, I received a very generic letter in the mail from them saying they are a recommended vendor for my RH and would love to hear from me. I'm not sure if I should even bother!

I actually visited the one in Cedarhurst (which is closer for DH and I) when we were planning our wedding. I got to a point where they did a sample centerpiece for DH and I and the flowers were WILTED! I was not happy at all as you can imagine.

Afterwards DH and I went to Flower Michelle and ended up booking with them- that was the best move DH and I made.
