I was on kickline and danceline - I loved it. I miss being that skinny LOL.
I remember LIKA.....we used to compete at Old Westbury. I don't think my school does LIKA any longer. They are national champs for several years running now.

I was on the kickline team at my school.
I HATED the cheerleaders...they all got each other on their squad and some of them were a bit chunky for cheerleading.

I was on Kickline in High School!
The first 2 years were GREAT! Our coach was great and we actually won!
Then we got a new coach and the team seemed to have more FAT people on it than the past years! And the Beatch of a coach didn't make me captian!. The team just went to sh1t (so I quit!)
We used to do the competitions too! I miss it! I used to love to be the center of attention!
I guess it was more like danceline (since we STUNK at doing the kicklines!)

I was on Kickline in H.S. and Captain my Senior year. God, life revolved around that team and all the drama. It seems SO long ago. We did LIKA at Old Westbury too, but I think John Glenn won the 3 years we did it (back in the early 90's..yikes!).

OMG. I am rolling at all of your answers. I was on Valley Stream Central kickline. And like some of the girls said earlier:
I was in the best shape of my life as we practiced all year long, and all summer, and every vacation, sometimes til 11pm
