My appointment was this Thursday and I reached out to them to send my regards and warm wishes. I felt so bad when the lady called me back. She thought I was a bride who was expecting her dress and just tried so hard to help me. I told her that I didn't order a dress yet, but had an appointment this week. She started crying and telling me how hurt she was with what happened. She told me she and her kids tried real hard to save the dresses. What hurts me the most is that after all that they tried to do, they got hateful emails and calls from brides....the woman was crying and telling me the amount of hateful words she heard today! That is so sad.

Re: sposa Bella
I posted earlier that my dress was there and she went in and saved it. I didn't even buy it there just alterations . She was so upset and kept apologizing . She was very compassionate and i felt bad for her instead of feeling sorry for myself. I heard shes been getting alot of angry calls and emails . I mean cmon this woman went into a burning building to get some of her dresses for them give her a break . I've never met any store ownervthat would do that ? Then again i'm one of 70 that got their dresses while the other 200 plus got destroyed!

That is so sad. I feel horrible for both the brides and the shop owner. I hope that people realize that hateful emails won't bring back their dresses.

i feel so bad for this woman. my heart goes out to her. she did everything she could to save the dresses. thats so rude that people would send hurtful emails. and i feel bad for the brides whose weddings were coming up and might not have the dress of their dreams..

That's terrible!!! How could anybody call up and yell at this poor woman?
And yet everyone was boo-hooing over Gina! Asss backwards!
