Sposabella or Valentina Bridal Salon

Has anyone been to either place? Which one is worth going to? Which one has better prices. I heard Valentina provides free alterations on all their dresses.

I'm looking for a place with a great selection to try on some dresses 'cus I don't have much time to go to them both. Any help would be great. Thanks!

If you mean the Sposabella in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, I went there and they were very nice. The dresses were beautiful, in the $1K+ range. I wanted a little cheaper, so I didn't end up going with them, but I really liked them. You need an appointment there.

I went to Sposabella too, but I only got my veil and headpeice there. They were very nice and helpful.

You do need an appointment.

I got my dress in Valentina's and loved them there. If your dress is over a certain amount you get a free headpiece, veil, alternations and slip. They are all so wonderful to work with. I also got my BMs dresses there.

We got our BM Dresses from Valentina and couldn't be happier. The service and alterations are perfect.

The dresses (Jim Hjelm) were $40 less at Valentina than other places we looked at, and their alterations are free.

That's great to hear - i'm interested in a few alvina dresses for my girls but i always thought they would be too expensive, but if the alterations are included and they knock off 40 bucks it's not bad at all. I'm definitely checking them out
