Spray tanning

Spray tanning

I'm thinking of trying spray tanning instead of the tanning beds. Did anyone else try this? I am so nervous that it will come off onto my dress if I sweat on my wedding day. Does anyone have experiences with this? Thanks!!

FH has done this and I presonally don't like it. The color always seems a little orange. Maybe you should try having a professional do it for you. I hear it looks more natural. And yes it does come off on clothing!

I meant at a tanning place, like in a booth where they spray it on. I've done the self tanner and don't love it and have a hard time getting it all over. I usually just do my legs and face, but I want a 'full body glow' for the big day

i have done professional spray tanning.....linda from brazil bronze( a vendor onhere) is great....she does a good job.....i ill tell you that it always look more natural if u get a base tan from tanning beds and a light spray to complete that glow.....i would have to tan constantly to get color and that scares me considering all the harmful effects so i usually spray tan....it comes of on your clothes the first day when u first get sprayed once you shower it wont come off......fm me if you have more questions

I have gone 2 x and not once was it ever orange. In fact I got wonderful compliments. I went to Sundara in NYC on the west side. Natalie is awesome and I highly recommened going for your wedding, but a few days before. The only downside is, you can't shower for 8 hrs after your appointment, but after that first inital shower you don't rub off on clothing and keep on moisturizing to make the tan last. I wore a white shirt the next two days and nothing came off.

Re: Spray tanning

I really would suggest a regular bed.

But, if youre sold on spray tanning, its an okay option. My sister did it and it wasnt what ppl think..wasnt really orange and didn't rub off. (places may be different, this place has options for levels of color and your skin tone). But Id be worried w/ the white gown and also think regular tanning looks more natural in moderation than spray tanning.
