I saw a picture of a Saison blanche couture Gown that I like...but its a Spring '07 gown. Anyone know when the 07 gowns usually arrive in the stores? Am i out of luck for my Sept 07 wedding?

Have you spoken to one of their authorized dealers? They should be able to give you more info on ordering for 2007. Also, they are having a trunk show:
December 7th - 9th Jay West 151 Kings Highway East Haddonfield, NJ 08033 856-795-0424
