Square Dinnerware

hi, this is an offshoot of something I posted earlier. I was wondering if anyone could recommend (and post pics if possible) aquare dinerware. I like West End by Nautica but it doesn´t have a square dinnerplate and FH want that. (of all the things to be picky about!! ). Since he is not that picky about most things I thought about humoring him. If it had servingware that matched it would be better but if not it´s ok.

These would be for our 'fine china' I don´t really like the expensive ones and am just using nicer everyday plates for this. Below are the picures of my everyday plates (the green ones) and the option that we are currently considering for the 'Good Plates' (the bamboo ones)

Mikasa makes a bunch of square dinnerware patterns, some more casual, some fine china patterns. Check their website:

Thanks, its good to hear. I hate being so far away and having to do everythign online. I wanna be able to see them!!

Thanks for posting this. I dindn´t even think about looking for a Mikasa site and buying direct! (funny how when you´re in the problem you don´t think of easy solutions

The bamboo ones are Mikasa and I found some servingwear that goes with it there. Not everything but just enough!! I actually don´t like to be overly coordinated anyway.

Now FH can get the plates he wants!! (Actually I like these too because they´re not your typical plates.)

All fo your suggestions were really pretty. At least I thought so(FH doesn´t want anything that has anything resembling a flower!)

these are the ones we registered for, already got them and cant wait to use them, i know they are plain though, not sure if you like that

Villeroy and Boch Acapulco.
These are our every day plates, which are actually fine china.... I didnt know that at first lol! I just loved the and wanted them. They are starting to discontinue them but Villeroy and Boch make some other really awesome styles.
