I am having petals thrown... I read through the entire folder - which I am sure you have - it doesn't mention rose petals - so I am going for it!! I never actually called and asked though... let me know if you find out different, please!

I am using bubbles. Fr. Bruno said that I couldn't 'throw' anything. Although I wanted petals, FH wanted bubbles anyway.
ETS: According to the church instructions, you can't throw anything. Because the steps get slippery and people could fall. Also, if there is a mass after you, there is no time to clean up whatever it is you throw.
