St. Catherine of Sienna Brides

My FH and I are having our ceremony at St. Catherine of Sienna in Franklin Square. I was curious what the church allows? ect. flower petals thrown by FG, tossed by guests after the ceremony...
We got a booklet but it is very short and brief and I don't feel like have gotten much guidance but that could be because our wedding is in 2011.

any help or insight would be great!

I went to a wedding there in July. There were no FG's, so I'm not sure if they can throw petals inside, but we did throw petals outside when the bride and groom came out.
