Has anyone had the priest interview thing...what do they ask...and did you feel violated I do and I didnt even go yet?? May consider diff church if i feel iffy

I went there and first off the woman at the desk was so rude, she was like do you have an appointmment and obviously we didn't so then my mom was like we just want to know if there is an available date so the woman goes we dont give out date I'll get fired...so we have to be completly interigated and then get to see if our date is available I dont like it at all....grrr Im going to call now to set up an appt.

I swear-they are just totally horrible in the catholic churches!
My church is doing the same thing. I pretty much stalked them and they STILL WONT PENCIL ME IN!!!!!! very very frustrating!!! I would say give it a few weeks. Its true what they say, sometimes they dont get the books for 09 till later this year.(or so they've been telling me!!)

no the thing is they wont give me a date until they interview us to make sure they will allow us to get married there they do this whole compatibility thing like Im on E harmony or something

OMG theyre psychos...but they interview everyone from what ive heard. Its like you cant just decide that people are meant for each other from ONE interview!!
Sometimes, the church just annoys me!

if you dont feel comfy with them then you should go to a deff chruch. Also welcome back from vacation
