St. Lucia

We need help making a decesion about our Honeymoon.

We think we want an all-inclusive (preferably adult only) and are considering St. Lucia. I'm looking for suggestions on which Sandals to stay at or a review on Jalousie Hilton.

Travel agent recommended Aruba and a friend recommended the Royal Hideaway or the Aventura Palace in Playa De Carmen or Cancun.

Everyone keeps telling us to go to Hawaii but we really aren't interested. Should we be?

It's funny in all of the planning it's the honeymoon we are having the hardest time with. (looking to go to a place for 10-11 nights, maybe split between 2 places)

My best friend went to Hawaii for her honeymoon and she said it was the BEST place on Earth! The only bad part was she didnt like the fact that she had to be on a plane for all those hours to get there.

I plan on going to St. Lucia for mine, also a Sandals resort, there are 3 to choose from on the the island. My mother who has been there says St. Thomas is also alot of fun and great beaches.

I heard Sandals St. Lucia is great...many girls on the boards have gone there or are going there. Fh and I chose to go to Sandals Jamaica in Negril. All inclusive is the way to go.
We have also been to Hawaii and it is great but it is a VERY VERY VERY long plane ride ( I am not a huge fan of flying)...

We are staying at the Sandal St Lucian Grande. I wanted an all inclusive and St. Lucia is sooo beautiful.

We chose the Grande because our travel agent recommended it as she has been at all three & liked that one the best. The Grande is also the resort with the nice beach & water sports/activities. The Regency is very nice, but since it is near the cliffs, the water it too choppy & they don't have a large beach.

You can go back & forth between the 3 Sandals on St. Lucia and enjoy the pools and restaurants at all three, so if you are going for 10 days, you won't be limited!!!

Aventura Palace on the Mayan Rivera is incredible. It is all inclusive, there is a jacuzzi in all of the rooms and the food and service is amazing. And by the way, their spas treatments are addictive.
