we got married back in november...went on a short mini-honeymoon to disney but our 'real' honeymoon will be this july (i am a teacher)...
when we booked our sandals vaca last july (they were having a sale) it was more than a year in advance & therefore I couldnt book the airfare....
but now its time to get going on the airfare portion of our trip so we will be all set for july...
my problem is that #1- i dont even know what airport to fly into and #2- i have no clue what reasonable airfare to st lucia will cost!!
can anyone who has gone/is going to st lucia please post or FM me with any airfare info! like where to fly into, prices, etc.
we are staying at the sandals regency
TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: St Lucia Airfare Question....
Although I'm not familiar with air fare to St. Lucia.. i can recommend checking www.kayak.com they provide you with a listing of all flights available for all airlines by price so you'll always find the cheapest fare.
Hope this helps!

Re: St Lucia Airfare Question....
go to the sandals website or call a sandals rep, I remember checking rates with airfare and without airfare through their site and it's $700-$1000 more when it's included, which sounds about right. But I would def. call them to be sure

Re: St Lucia Airfare Question....
The major major airport in St Lucia isHewannora. It depends on how early you book your flight. I have seen flights as cheap as in the upper $500's.

Re: St Lucia Airfare Question....
We're going to St. Lucia, Sandals, the Regency in July also! We'll be down there on July 14th and staying for 11 days. Maybe we'll see you. Anyway, I'm not sure the price of the airfare b/c our room and airfare was just combined as one price. But our paperwork says we're flying into St. Lucia, LC (UVF). I'm not sure what airport that is, but we're stopping over in Jamaica first. It was a little cheaper that way. We used a great travel agent. His name is John and his website is MasTravelServices.com. Maybe he can get you a good price.

Re: St Lucia Airfare Question....
I am using John From MASTravel also. He is great. They specialize in SANDALS vacations.
We got a great price (we are leaving on March 10th!!!!). American Airlines just started to run NON STOP flights to St. Lucia (the big Airport, I don't remember what it is called). You should call JOhn and ask him about it. It is like an hour ride to the hotel but it is worth not having to stop off anywhere.
PS. I love his vaca pics and he is going to be there while we are on our HM so hopefully he can hook us up!
