St Patricks Church in Bay Shore

For any ladies who are getting married at St Pats...Could you give me a some questions to ask the deacon(Deacon Joseph Peralta). I am meeting with him on Nov 26. Let me know if there is anything important that I might miss or should know before I go. The secretary said there are very specific instruction so I got a little nervous. Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Congratulations!

We met with Father Breene over the summer and he was super nice.

Basically he asked us if we had a date and time in mind.

(just a heads up ...don't tell him if you have booked a reception hall)-

He also separated us and asked us questions individually. Easy questions, such as ' are you sure you want to get married'.

He also needed to know where & when we were born (hospital) , baptized, where we received our first communion and where we were confirmed.

Good Luck

Hi girls! I just got married in St.Pats and hope I can help with some of your questions. You can definitely have an aisle runner but as for leaves I'm not sure. I would assume if they're real leaves and you're throwing them outside that wouldn't be a problem. I think if there's anything they have to clean up or that someone could fall on, they would say no.
When we went for our first meeting, they asked us background info (mothers maiden name, where you were baptised, etc) and took us aside and asked us questions separate. Nothing to worry about though. Any other questions I'd be happy to help
