St. Paul's Episcopal Church - Glen Cove

Anyone have any info they would like to share? I am thinking about getting married here.

I spoke to the Rectory and the lady said the pastor would give me a call back in a few days.

I just drove past it today to check it out... really nice place from the outside. Great proximity to the Swan Club too.

Is the inside just as nice?

I am getting married there this Nov. 27th. It is an absolutely beautiful church! Their website shows some pics of the inside, but the pics don't do it justice. And Reverend Doug Hutchings is the best! Before my fiance and I had met with him, the whole concept of getting married hadn't sunk in yet. But after we met with him (he's so warm and personable), we realized the seriousness of the commitment we are making, and have been even more excited about it ever since!

P.S. The church has some amazing history - JP Morgan used to attend!

I don't recall if that was on our list (its on FH's lap top, I'm at work now)

But I just wanted to say yay, I'm happy to hear you found a possible church. We were in a similar bind & found the Episcopal church very accomodating.

Finally worked it out and spoke to Rev. Hutchings today. We got our church! Yay!

Now I just have to do Hotel/Limo/Florist/etc etc. Yikes!
