I am getting married there too , i am not doing church flowers bc my wedding is durring lent and they really wanted it very modest anyway so i am just doing pew bows. Everything is going to be draped in purple anyway which are my colors.
instead of pew bows i am planning on doing swag hanging from the pews with flowers on every other pew.. i prob wont do much in the front though its never really noticeable
its really not noticable at all and they get in the way!

Not sure about the pew bows, but Im definitly not doing flowers. We are only having a ceremony so I feel to spend money for a half hour ceremony isnt something I wanna do.
I'm not doing anything. I almost feel flowers for the alter are a waste and never noticed, actually remind me of funerals. Personally I'm not a fan of pew bows either, just not my style, but my sister did them for her wedding at st. rose in the front half ahead of the middle divider, if that makes sense. They looked nice and were a nice added touch. I think the church is a church, and my $ is going elsewhere! JMO
