Did anyone get married there? We are considering it- but have a ton of questions! TIA

I considered it b/c I go to law school at St. John's, but our plans changed. All I did was find out the rules and I think they said you have to be a student/alum to get married there.

I went to school there and the church is beautiful!!! I was just inside it a few weeks ago on the day of graduation. My brother is doing the wedding for a couple there in July, so if you have any questions FM me and I can ask him. I'm not having my wedding there because I have always wanted to get married in my neighborhood church I've gone to all my life. But, if I didn't have a church, I would have thought about it!!!

I went to school at SJU , I remember them having a chapel but didnt they build another???

Yes, they built another big beautiful church on the great lawn--well next to the library. Real nice....

wish we woulda known that...my husband is a st johns alum..that woulda been nice.. but we LOVE our church anyway
