stackers...any feedback?

Has anyone been on stackers 2? I have heard mixed reviews about it and I am scared to try them. I drink a lot of soda and dont know if its good to take them being that they have ephedrine in them. I dont want a heart attack or anything. Please any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking of trim spa also. Which do you think is safer? Thanks girls!

Stacker 2 made me shake. I was also very jittery and light headed. I did not like the way it made me feel so I stopped taking it.

Stackers work, plain and simple! BUT, as everyone else said, I stopped taking them because they made me feel way too jittery and weird, out of control. I don't think they're safe.

I dont trust stackers at all. feelings like the jitters and shakes just arent worth it.

eating right, Weight watchers for me, and drinking lots of water is the trick. I've lost 10.8 pounds on WW and my FI lost 20.

I would rather do it that way then stackers

Weight Watchers is the way to go

I experienced all of the symptoms on Stacker that the girls posted above. It was horrible! I threw them away immediately.
And I agree, Weight Watchers is the way to go. I lost 20lbs on it.

Same experience here - I was very jittery and felt like I was on speed. But I didnt have as strong a reaction to Metabolife - they just made me hot, but otherwise I felt ok.

I feel weight watchers is the way to go. I have never been on it, but heard great reviews.
Really the way to go is a good diet, and exercise, and just portion control, and drinking a lot of water.

Im taking the Trim Spa-although I shouldnt, but Im liking the results. Im not jittery, and never hungry.

Re: stackers...any feedback?

When I used Stacker the first two days i felt shaky but then after that I didn't, the only thing was that I could only take one a day becasue if I took one after4:00 I couldn't get to sleep. I also wouldn't drink coffee either becasue once I did and I was was jittery all day. THey do curb my appetite though, I wouldn't think about eating, and would have to force myself to sit down to eat lunch. But my FH doesn't get jittery and they really help him.
