Anyone have a trial or use her? Good, bad experience?

I used her for my wedding and she is absolutely AMAZING and was a pleasure to have with me the morning of the wedding. Everyone was commenting on my hair all night. One piece of my hair did start falling out but because of where I wanted it, it was right in the way when I was hugging people. I only had one trial (she did 3 styles for me) and I was hooked. She also styles your hair any way you want after the trial is over!
