Im going to get my stamps tomorrow. I will use two .39 cent stamps for the envelope and one for the RSVP. Are our only choices blue birds?

Re: Stamps

I really wish the USPS was more prepared for the rate hike I ended up needing .63 cents to mail invites so instead of buying a .63 cent stamp I had to buy .60 and .03 stamps This is just more effort for me in an already tedious process of stamping all the RSVP cards and invites

I budgeted for .83 stamps so I am pretty happy that we came in a bit lower

I have an eagle .60 stamp and then a star/flag .03 stamp. They had no LOVE .60 stamps at my local P.O.

The stamps do not match at all with my invites but it's postage and I don't care about the stamps matching so long as they get to where they are going

They did not have them Only flags My PO is the worst ..... I was in line for about an hour just for stamps and to get the full invite weighed I swear I am just dumping them in the bin when I go back to mail them. I was planning to hand cancel but I just hate being at the PO

Re: Stamps

Do not buy your stamps before you take a fully assembled invitation to the post office. I swore mine would only cost 37, but it cost 60!

It may sound obvious, but these invitations are heavy, so save yourself some anguish and have it weighed.

Re: Stamps

I heard that you can design your own stamp through the post office. I don't know how true this is.
