I feel your pain! I went to 7 PO on the 10th (the day they came out(. After 5 long hours, I got the stamps, assembled the invites and finally they were on there way! Now my RSVP's are rolling in!
What I learended is that not every PO will not AUTOMATICALLY get the 59 cent stamp! The Postmaster of each PO had to order them. So ask if they did, if not the website is the quickest way to get them.

A 'regular' letter is 42 cents...over that is 59 cents

when i got mine i went to the brightwaters post office (kind of on union, but on the other side of the tracks and about a block east of the railroad crossing on windsor). no one really goes there so they usually have a lot of the things the more frequented places don't.

I ordered online on June 9th, the new wedding ones were available on June 10th, and I had them on the 11th
