Stamps

If anyone has recently mailed out their envelopes could you please tell me if this it the stamp that you used.

I know that there used to be another Love stamp with flowers. Does anyone know if that is still available? I loved on the Post office website and this is the only one that I am finding.

Thanks

Thats the new LOVE stamp.

I couldn't even get that one, I had an ugly stamp with an eagle on it...but after 3 post offices I didn't care anymore!!

Some of the post offices still might have the original love stamps, but they are 34 cents - not 37. I already checked - so sad - i hate these new love stamps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going tomorrow to get my stamps. Does it really matter which I get? I really liked the old love stamps so much better. The new ones are ugly (IMO). Should I just get flags?

They have these tree stamps, they were also 0.60, but I can't seem to find a picture on the usps website.

The old love stamp with the rose has been discontinued. Now they have that ugly one.

Not even flower ones-- oh well! No biggie. But they are not my favorite either.

Re: Stamps

Nope. I hated that LOVE stamp. I used the stamp with a picture of Acadia National Park. They had to go into the vault to find it and I held up the whole line at the post office. But I wanted a pretty stamp!!!

Karen...those are very pretty! My FH wanted the stamp of the three fightmen holding up the flag on 9/11...I thought that that was just too morbid for our wedding invites.

I recently mailed out my engagment party invitations and that was the stamp the post office had. Every few months they change the 'Love' stamp but there is never more than 1 type available at a time.

I'm also using the Acadia National Park Stamp. Much prettier than the love stamp IMO. You can buy them online for $1 extra. Just leave a little extra time. I think they take about a week to come in (I ordered them on Wednesday and haven't received them yet). Good luck!

Re: Stamps

i vote with the online purchase too...ialways buy my stmps online - my mom and i do it together so we feel like we get over and split the 1 charge in two..this way its easier for us to get the stamps we like vs the stamps they have at the post office!
