Stamps for Invites

Which ones did you use for your invites?

Are you suppose to use the same one for outside envelope and RSVP card?

AND....when I go to the post office what do i ask for?

Nylisa you are making me feel bad...i have not even done the calligraphy yet!!! AHHHHHHHHHH

I used the Candy Hearts because the garden bouquets were not out yet. I had to use two on the outer since they are 37 cents and used the same for the response.

I hate the Love stamps.

I would have used the Disney stamps if they were out!!

I am sorry. I brought the flower stamps. I brought one flower for the RSVP card ($.37) and a different flower for the outside ($.60 stamp).

First of all, weigh them, inserts, envelopes, and all, on a postal scale - you might have one at your office.

Then use that to determine what denomination the stamps need to be in. Then go to the post office and choose your stamps. Mine were 60 cents and I was stuck using this ugly orange bouquet stamp.

If the outside AND inside are 37 cents, you can use the same stamps for both. If the outside is 60 you too will probably be using the orange bouquet, for which they have a matching 37 cent stamp for the response cards. The 37 cent version is nicer - it's a pink bouquet.

No need to be sorry nylisa.....you make me get off my arse and do stuff!!! You are much more organized then i am.

I am going to check out the website...i like the flower ones myself....was not sure if you were suppose to get the LOVE ones.

Also - My invites are normal size....would a 60 cent one be one of the the bigger size cards....i didn't get one like that to save money...

That is what I used. Mine was actually a small size card but with all the inserts and all it was $.60.
