Insted of putting them ON the cake because I already have a beautiful cake topper... I was thinking of getting letters that stand up by themselves to put in front of the cake and decorting them with crystals. Has anyone done this????????? If so, where can I get wooden letters?

I've seen the wooden letters at Michael's. You can then spray paint them and add crystals.
This is done a lot with the 'I DO' letters.

I've seen I DO stand up ones.. (as a matter of fact someone on here did it..)

I'm doing stand up ones. Somehow I am going to affix the letters to wood that will be pained white so it matches the tablecloth. I haven't done them yet, though.

look on the DYI borads---a lot of girls have done it and it looks beautiful!!

Really? I havent seen stand up crystal monograms standing in front of cake yet on here....am i missing it?
