Have fun! Maybe because you can think of it as 'wedding' related you might not dread it as much. (I'm hoping to convince myself of the same). Good luck!

I did it at NYSC- it was great- I got so toned
it got me to the gym on days I didn't want to go- it's worth it

I am joining the same program, but I can't sign up until I start my new job because I heard that its very strict as far as scheduling, once you choose a time you can't change it.
How did you go about planning out 12 weeks in advance??

I picked monday and wednesday at 7pm- you can change it in advance if something happens- the trainers are flexible
but I picked a time where I knew I would be done with work- even if I ran late and then I did other things around the gym

when i made the committment to do it, i called and asked for mon.'s and wed.'s at 5:30 and there was one trainer available so i took it. i asked for 5:30 cause i work across the street so its easy for me to get to and i won't lose interest on my way if they gym was closer to my house.

Would anyone mind telling me how much this program costs? And you are with other girls or working 1-on-1 with the trainer?
Thanks!

I paid $1425 at NYSC- for 24 session- cheaper then getting a regular trainer
