So my company has a gym that offers Bridal Bootcamp and the first class was yesterday and its AWESOME.
We ran 2 miles in Central Park, doing drills the whole time and then ran up and down the stairs at the Bethesda Fountain 30 times!!!! In between every 10 stair drills, we did ab work, pushups, jumps and tricep dips. Then we ran back.
I HIGHLY recommend bridal bootcamp to anyone who's gym offers it. It's really motivating doing it with other brides, there are 6 in my class and we're doing this twice a week for 6 weeks and working out on our own on the days off and keeping a food log

Thanks girls!!!!! I've been working out 5x a week for the last few months so that I'd be able to do this and I can't wait to see the results at the end of the 6 weeks. But it is NOT EASY by any means... everything hurts!

Awwww thanks. Thats so sweet- I have 2 trainers that watch us carefully so I should be ok! I was worried about falling down these tho!!!
