They don't feel too bad....I used them a few years ago and hated them! These are the 2 a day ones

Be careful with them, both me and DH used them before the wedding and they made both of our teeth so sensitive - we couldn't finish them.

I am just completing the 10-day Crest Whitening Premium Plus Strips. (I have 2 strips left). They made my teeth slightly sensitive. However frequent use made my gums sting and I got one small sore on my gum.
Instead of using them twice a day, I switched to once a day and even took a day off here and there (based on the directions included in the box). This really helped lessen the stinging and they worked great!
My teeth lightened about 3 shades and I am very happy with the results.

I would DEFFFFF recommend only using them once a day for the first couple of days until you see how senstiie your teeth will be.
I tried using them twice a day and I couldnt even breth through my mouth it hurt so bad.
I have been using them once a day

I have friends who have told me they have made there teeth sensative. Just try it...and if it hurts then stop.

my dentist recommended using Sensodyne toothpaste a week before starting them and during - it helps with the sensitivity
