Starting another RH search. Old Field Club info pls!

I finally found my dream RH the Carltun but it was too pricey. FH and I went to negotiate today but the BM wouldn't budge at all. For the price she quoted us, we wouldn't get anything in terms of food and decoration. So we have to start searching again. Does anyone have the minimum required for the Old Field Club and the quote for Fall 2010?

Thanks so much!
