I found a groupon and joined a place in bellmore. It's a half hour one on one bootcamp. I get 6 sessions so I will do twice a week and you have everyday use of the cardio equipment but I have a treadmill at home. Been trying to lose about ten pounds for over a year . I managed to take off four but I want to tone up. I get nervous trying something new. It's out of my comfort zone. Hoping to see some results and if so may join for longer .

Omg disaster. I had thd trainer from hell. It was one on one bootcamp and all he did was complain about his girlfriend. He kept saying what would you do or was I wrong. He told me would it be to much to check her phone or follow her. I tried to make him stop talking and he didn't . He didn't even wAtch what I was doing. And he didn't even care. I said I wanted to focus on abs he didn't even do one exercise. He would literally stop the work out just to talk more about his girlfriend I know where she lives how old she is about her kids. Before I left I asked if next time I can have the woman trainer. I don't want to make a walkway going back but it was horrible I wanted to hit him lol. It was even worse then this sounds. Would you have told the owner? I was just nervous because I'm going back and I use the excuse that I wanted a woman trainer. I still have five more classes left but I felt like the first one was a waste.he would ask does you Fiance do this and I said I can't help you because I don't have a relationship like you guys do. But he kept going .
I would call groupon and tell them that you had an unprofessional experience and they will refund your money. Not sure where you live but there is a great place in Long Beach that offers small group classes in TRX, pilates reformer machines, kettlebells, and spinning for $10 a class. It's an awesome place, I've been going there for 2 years. It may be too far for you though.

WOW! that is so unprofessional. I would go one more time and if its like that again then I would tell the owner and at least try to get your money back or a guarantee that you can have a different trainer and not have to deal with him again.
As a side note, I don't want to be one of those crazy people, but a crossfit groupon is so worth it! I cant afford to pay the regular membership price but I did a 3 month groupon, I wish I could go back! But I have started doing crossfit workouts at home with whatever equipment I do have or makeshift equipment.

I love groupon..and amazon local...I just discovered them recently and I am obsessed.I found working out at home wasn't working and needed someone to help me.I have a treadmill at home but my major issue is I need major toning!

What's so funny is now I can laugh about it....If I read that to I would have thought no way lol...I said to my FH ONLY ME!! my coworker said that to! Only me!!I didn't even respond and he just kept going.I will say tomorrow better be the most amazing workout EVER!!

Here's an update. The woman was insane great. I am soooo much happier and if it continues this way I will sign up for more. I felt amazing when I left and can't wait to go back. She knew the issue I had with the other guy by my face but she was professional about it and we discussed for two minutes and it was dropped. Thank goodness!

Glad to hear the woman was much better than that awful experience you had with that man. I mean I understand everyone goes through things and need to talk about it... but not with customers!! Anyway, glad you've found it to turn out great! I'm wondering if that groupon is still available since I want abs before the wedding/honeymoon lol Or at least a belly that I don't feel like I need to suck in to get a good beach bod picture haha Would you be able to message me the name of the place or a link to the groupon please?
