So far... What has been the best or worst or even funniest advice you have been given about marriage?

Best: Make sure atleast once a month you have a date night. Or you'll get entirely to board of eachother lol

Funniest: Beware of the Mother in law!

Best: Women hold the relationship together. Women are the ones who control where it goes, men just think they do.
(this was said to me not only by married women but by a married man as well)

Funniest: Make sure you have him trained before you marry him.

Nobody's ever given me advice... but some people have tried to convince me that marriage is loveless and boring after many years.

Worst- Don't do it

Best- Always listen with an open mind, marriage is a lot of understanding...And when thing get rough remember the first time you got butterflies in your stomach.

Oh yea I forgot the best one- Turn the dam computer off

Best: Love the other person all you can without measuring out how much they love you. (loosely translated)

Worst: Only love the person as much as they love you.

(these were given almost back to back when I was interviewing random people for advice for a couple about to get married)

The only I advice I have been given to to elope!!!

Of course I want to be the 'princess'!!!!
