Re: Starting my last Full-time Week
Sounds good!
I've toyed with the idea of going back to school for a teaching degree...I'm a little afraid of doing the school thing again. I forgot how to take notes and read textbooks and (gasp!) take exams

Congrats!! I am planning on going back to school for my masters in ed to become an elementary school teacher soon. Are you going to be in school full time? DH and I are saving money now so that I can go back full time (and afford tuition!)

i am going full-time. this semester i am taking 21 credits to make up some deficiencies from my undergrad transcript (i was an accounting major, so i am missing a lot of my undergrad math classes, plus a foreign language). dowling allows me to take those at Suffolk, so i only paid $1,300 + fees for the 21 credits. i will be starting at dowling in the summer. their Masters is 30 classroom credits, plus a research project of some sort for 6 credits, plus student teaching for 9 credits. at $540+ a grad credit, that is where it is going to get expensive.
