I am still waiting for that vendor to call me back but as I was making my spreadsheet I realized another vendor had the math all wrong. I also found the copy of a contract to be mailed, so I called that vendor hyperventalting to realize that the FH just mailed in the wrong copy but everything is a-okay. Argh, where is my fairyg-dmother??

How rude...Maybe they were with another client but i hardly doubt it, being about 6 on a sunday! I guess it depends on the vender... Either way they should have been polite nad said that they will either give you someone to talk to or that they would call you immediately after helping their 'customer'

She shoudl have been more polite as your are a customer...at least once she realized that , but also remember they are in business...I might have suggested a call back time that was mutally planned so she had a chnace to be prepared as well...you cant just call up and expect them to drop everything for you...but i do agree that she should have been nicer and agreed to help you with the fianaces asap..

I HATE when I am bumped because there is someone else there. I can't stand it! I think if she really could not handle your request at the time she should have been a bit nicer about it! Good Luck!

I am a little confused....did you book this person already? IF not, would you still want to after them responding to you that way? In my opinion, I would stay away from them....

I booked them already..no turning back. They have to deal with me and my high maintenance attitude. It's not like I waited till midnight, I called at a very decent hour!

I did the math myself, I am just not great at taxes...yes I am an accountant, but I don't know if there is a service charge or if they include gratituity. All the fun stuff.
