Starting to freeeak
my invites are almost ready to go, the envelopes are addressed (with FIL's GORGEOUS calligraphy), the mattes and invites are mounted on our pocketfolds, they are even stamped. I need to put the rsvp envelopes and inserts into the pocketfolds, close them up with ribbon and labels, and put them into the envelopes.
I ordered a free address stamp from Vistaprint last week. I waited so long to get it bc our closing got pushed back and I wanted to make sure we were definitely getting the house and the address was absolutely correct and till we had a mailbox up. THey told me it was shipped out last TUES and it's still not here!!! What the hell are they doing with it?? Since when does ANYTHING by the USPS take longer than 3 days??? Grrrrrrr.
At this point the second it comes I am sending them out, even though we didn't even officially close yet- we are all set to go, but the committee is taking it's sweet *** time reviewing our gift letter. I hate not having a mailbox up yet but we made arrangements with the post office and they will hold any mail (my RSVP's that I want to stalk!) at the post office until a box is up.
It better come tomorrow...... I am already so behind with my RSVP date of Sept 1. If they don't go out this week I will flip.

I don't recommend buying a house, planning to close, move, renovate a house, send out invites, and finish grad school all within the same 2 weeks![]()
