Starting weight watchers

Starting weight watchers

So tomorrow i'm going to weight watchers to start it. So i will be going to meetings etc so i can lose my weight. Plus i'm going with a friend so it would be good for me. I'm so happy that i'm going to be doing this.
I can't wait to be myself again

Good luck!!! Weight Watchers is a great program. I joined a month and a half ago and have lost about 8 pounds so far. I'm doing the flexplan which is so easy for me because I can eat whatever I want, within moderation of course. So best of luck to you. You'll do great!

Congratulations. You will do great.

Which one will you be going to? I go to the one in Deer Park. It has totally been the key for me. I used to go to another closer to my house, but I heard about a woman leader there who has a 'big loser' group, so I decided to try it. It is great!

It works! I lost 10 lbs in the last 9 weeks...10 weeks to go, but now the hard part starts...I don't want to loose anymore, but need to keep the 10lbs off
