Question- I bought the books on ebay but how do I find out the points i'm allowed to use?? Do i really have to go to meetings??

the 'core' version you dont count or measure

you can only eat food on the core list and u get xtra 35 points for the week if u wanna go off for example this is what i'm eating today

breakfast - oatmeal n banna
lunch - vegetarian chillie brownrice ff cheese
dinner- salad with grilled chicken avvocado corn and fat free cheese olive oil and vinger

snacks- peach fat free popcorn fat free vanilla latter
* u can only have brown rice potoato or whole wheat pasta at one meal!

They changed how they used to do it. It used to be based on your weight only but now there are other things factored in. It should be on the first page of the introduction book.

If you can't find it, I have the formula at home and i have an account on the website.

I've lost 12 lbs so far but tooo much more to go.
