Okay everytime i try on my dress i have such static cling that my slip like clings to my legs and its really uncomfortable. I plan on getting static guard for the wedding but did anyone else have this problem. What did you do or what do you plan on doing.
Static guard and in a pinch you can put lotion on your legs, even over stockings.
Another thing that works is using dryer sheets- the fabric softener sheets for laundry. Rub them over your stockings and they will help keep the static away. I don't always like static guard- I feel like I choke on the fumes, and if you are not careful, it can create wet spots/stains on your clothes (if you get too close with it). That might not matter if you are just spraying under the dress, though.
