Just saw your post so here goes. First here is what I have completed:
Reception Hall (having ceremony there)
Ceremony Officiant
Ceremony Music(Trumpeters)
Dress Ordered(found 1 week ago & purchaesd thru Netbride, should be here by Saturday)
Honeymoon Booked(Cruise)
Rooms blocked at Hotel
STD(will be done this week)

I know what I'm doing for favors, placecards, table #'s, & have either bought the supplies or will be in the next week or two. I also have some wedding accesories & projects going on.

I am desperatly searching for a photographer(have gone & are going to several appointments). DJ's are next(I think I know who I want basically). I also just decieded to do a video so I have to start meeting with them also. I am really hoping to have finished all them in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

I have a lot of research started in other areas too, but I do feel that I am not where I want to be in my planning. Unfortunatley, I have had issues with 3 things I booked & had to rebook which really set me back(also I am a HR/CS manager for a retail store & worked anywhere from 60 to 80 hours from the last week of October to the secound week of January). I do feel like I am catching up though & I try to be really organized about things. I hope how behind I am made you feel better about where you are, LOL

It does help! We are about the same- I was going to buy my dress today, but got snowed in. I booked my dj, video, and photographer, but went through a wedding center and got a package (I took the easy way!!)
I am also having my reception and the ceremony in the same place, and I picked an officiant but only met him once- I have to call and set up an appointment.
I picked my favors, but have not ordered them yet.
And,(I am embarrased to admit this) we finally sat down today and made a guest list.
I am completely unorganized.

Don't feel bad I just really finialized my guest list tonight. I had a rough excel sheet, but tonight I loaded into the the WC's guest manager. I still need a few addresses & my mother has decieded to invite relatives that honestly I've only seen at funerals in the past, so she will add those in this week. It feels good to know we are in similiar areas of planning!
