Club Element .. I was there last night girls. U give them your ticket and then they walk you over to another booth where the sign says 2 drink min for 20$. The show don't start until they found hot seat people and when it was over the guy kept saying ' we still need more hot seat people and hurry up and get your hot seat' then another guy came out. Then @ 10:30 they came around and took the chairs away, remind you all the show was until 11pm, it states it on there website. Then for the next 30 min they push lap dances and photos.
I agree with this. I was there the first week in August and this also happened.
but for my bach. party (in February) it wasn't like this. It seemed a lot more organized ~ although I can't remember if they had a drink min. in Feb.)

Ive never been to hunkomania but I was at a male review last year thru Certified Savages and we went through something similar. We were told to prepay money for 'VIP' tix and THEN we had to pay a cover at the door, plus buy at least one drink. The show was supposed to go for a few hours and ended up being only 1 1/2 hours long.
They didnt push photos on us or anything like that, but i will say, we all felt that it was a waste.
So, i know some of you guys felt the OP wasnt making sense and was a fake bride, but these things do happen at Bach parties.

Very confusing post... but it really isn't as terrible as you seem to be making it out to be. Yes, the drinks are expensive (we went to Duvet and there was no drink min.) but most places like this are the same way. My girls did this for part of my b-party and we had a blast! Granted, there was a huge waterbug in our bed but, hey, that's NYC for you. My friends, family and even my mom had the BEST time! Hunkmania is just a fun, silly, and raunchy night out.

Arent there two? Like hunk-A-mania and Hunk-O-Mania? I went to the one that was in the old church (limelight? I think it was) like 3 years ago for my friends bachelorette party. There was a 2 drink min. that they made you pay ahead of time, AND they served the drinks in those tiny spit n rinse cups like at the dentist!!!! It was crazy (and even after you paid for the 2 drinks you there were up charges if you ordered anything not rack liquor). Very pushy guys... but it is what it is ! I told my girls I didnt want to go to it for mine (not a fan of unknown guy berries in my face thanks lol) .. but I will admit as much of a rip off as it was... we all had a blast and made the best of it!

We went to Duvet for Hunkamania for my Bachelorette party and we all had an amazingggg time!!! It was so much fun!!!
We didnt have to pay for a 2 drink minimum and getting the girl in the hot seat wasnt pushed.... my girls knew that I was all for it so there was no holding me back LOL!
