I will be sending out my STD in July. Should I also sent information about the hotel we blocked for guest ? Most of FH family lives upstate and the hotel sent us a card that I can sent with the invites but they will not go out till January 1, and the rooms need to be booked by 1/20/10 I have so many cards that I can also resent them again with the invites. I feel it gives people who live far away enough time to book and check out the hotel if they want because my wedding is right after the Holidays! Any thoughts? Thanks

I think that it would be fine to send the info with both the STD and invite. Since they'd have to book it within only a couple of weeks of receiving your invite, this would allow people to check it out in advance and make their arrangements. Never hurts to send the info twice, since there's always someone being a straggler

I'm sending my hotel cards with my STD's, especially for my OOT'ers. I am also posting all of the hotel info on my website for my guests.

I'd definitely send them out with the std so that your guests will have plenty of time to make accommodations.
