Ok so do you address the STD with 'Ms. Blah and Guest' or just Ms. Blah and save the 'and guest' for the wedding invitaiton????

If they have been in a relationship for awhile then I put the dates name on it too. If they were single then I just put their name on it saving the '& Guest' for the wedding
