STD addressing questions...need help!

ok so we are inviting 2 kids to our wedding...fh's first cousins (ages 13 and 7)

the parents are separated but both are invited to the wedding. FMIL wants us to but the kids names on FH's Uncles invite...but they live with their mother.

my question is...should i just put them on the Uncles invite or put them on both? would that be weird?

also...how do i address it:

Mr. Michael _
Michael _Jr. & Nicholas _

or
Mr. Michael _
Mr. Michael _Jr. & Mr. Nicholas _

or
Mr. Michael _ & Family

I don't think you have to name the kids you can probably tell them yourself! they will also be a guest. but then again i don't know anything about this lol sorry for being helpless lol

I think

'& family' sums it up.

If they live with their mom though I would think it would be on her's or both of theirs.

yeah it makes more sense to be on hers...but FMIL thinks her brother will be all pissy if he thinks the kids arent invited so she wants us to put it on his. I guess I will put it on both.

I know this generally goes against all rules, but why not just send the kids their own to alleviate any problems?????

Maybe send one for both kids with each of their names on the envelope..........

i thought of this but then which house to send it to?!

i think i will just do & family on each of the parents envelopes and be done with it.

I would send it to the house they live in. Can't FH's uncle just be told verbally that his kids are invited???? JMO.

I just put 'The Miller Family' 'The Smith Family' so they knew it was for the whole family including the kids. I think this is the easiest way to do it without having to write out all the names.
