I saw on Ashley Simpsons Wedding invite...

Its getting late , so save the date!

I was looking for a cute poem to put on my save the dates, Please post what you wrote or if you have any thoughts I'd appreciate it!

The path that leads to love
is so narrow that
two cannot walk on it,
unless they become one
So please save the date


Going to the chapel
and we're gonna get married!

I love that!

I got one once that said something like


Joe and Jane are getting married,
and we can hardly wait,
our day is fast approaching,
so be sure to save the date!


I can't remember if that was it exactly.. but you could play around with it.

For my engagement invites it said the following:

Joe popped the question 'Will you be my wife?'
Dana answered 'I will love you for all of my life.'
That's how it started now an engagement party is due
So reserve this date we're inviting you!

I am send out my STD's with the Thank You cards but for the people not invited to the e-party I am just going to type up a card with this same poem just omitting the word engagement party.
