FH and I made our on STDs on Vistaprint with a groupon we has purchased. They came out really nice but we ordered them already and realized we forgot to actually put the actual words Save The Date on our STDs. We have out names, the date, our engagement pics and where the reception town is, but do you ladies think its a big deal if it doesn't actually say save the date? We were thinking of getting stickers that say save the date and putting them on the outside of the envelope. Any opinions? Do you think people will know what it is? TIA!

I was actually going to suggest buying stickers that say Save The Date. I think most people will know what it is.

This. Once people read it there wont be any doubt what it is.. Mine are going to say save the date but I also got return address stickers that say STD on them. I got them for like $2 on sale from vistaprint. They were so cute!

They have save the date stamps if you don't like stickers but I think stickers on the envelope is a good idea!!

Ours said Save the Date on them but i still can't even tell you how many of FH's friends called to tell us they were coming! I dont think it matters, most will know, except for the doofy guys who wouldnt know regardless!

THIS! A bunch of FH's friends were like 'I got the invitation! I'll be there.' silly boys.
I think stickers are a cute idea, but people will know what it is regardless!
