i am going to try and make my own STD's! i bought the magnet paper from Michael's and the sticker paper to print on from Staples. I asked the guy at staples and he told me i could use Word to make anything i wanted.
Anyone know if I can import pics to word and then crop them or what? or if i have to resize? please let me know!!!!!
Has anyone done this already?

Hey, if you go to the top of the page and click insert, then pic, then you can browse for whatever picture you need from your computer. Afterwards you can drag the little corner in and resize it that way :)

You can only crop images in Word if it's 2007. If you have an earlier version, crop your photos before you import them...in Microsoft Office Picture Manager or something like that that comes with your computer!

If you right click on the pic once its in word...click on Format Picture....Size and you can pick the size there...just be careful with going bigger, it may distort the quality. Hope this helps!!!

You can crop them too. Not sure what version of word you have, but on mine you right click on the picture, select size, and then there's an option for crop. You can do it on the older ones too, the process might just be a bit different.

Regarding your inquiry on this post...I also have an awesome graphic designer and affordable too!! She can design something for you with your pics, Let me know if you want her info and I'm sure she can aslo help you out with the magnet stuff as well
