STD help please........

so we took our STD pics but i have a question......
i want to make a hotel info card to include with the save the date so people know that we blocked hotel rooms and have a shuttle.
how do i do that? what wording do i use?
have any of you done it? is there a website with samples?
if you guys have any done would you mind showing me please??

I just plain white mailing labes that I printed myself and put them on the back of our STD...

here's the wording we used:


ACCOMODATIONS

A block of rooms has been set aside at a special rate at XXXXXXXXX. Please reference the xxxxxxxx wedding upon booking. In order to receive the special rate and ensure availability, room reservations must be made prior to xxxxxxxxx


TRANSPORTATION

For guests staying at the hotel, round trip transportation to the wedding will be provided.

definitely give the hotel a call and see if they can send them to you. They should have them available. We had ours made on Vistaprint.com but I requested the cards from the hotel to use in our invites when they go out.

so they have these things on vista print?

are they called hotel accomodation cards?
